Born and raised in Saskatoon, Dr. Sharma is the co-founder of The Ave Medical Complex, Framed Aesthetics MD and Avenue ENT Clinic. Having trained at the University of British Columbia, he has interests in diseases of the salivary gland, image guided sinus surgery, and the voice. Dr. Sharma is currently the Divisional Head of ENT – Head & Neck Surgery in the Department of Surgery and an Associate Professor at the University of Saskatchewan.
Dr. Sharma graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine in 2007. He then completed five years of Residency training in Otolaryngology at the University of British Columbia and also completed his Post-Graduate Clinical Fellowship in Head & Neck Endocrine/Salivary Surgery & Salivary Endoscopy. Through the Department of Otolaryngology at University of British Columbia he has been the recipient of the Glen P. Kong Research Award, Lavell Lesson Academic Award, Burrowing Owl Surgery Award, and the UBC Fellowship Teaching Award. He has also recently been the recipient of “50 under 50” Young and Aspiring Indo-Canadians Award.
His hobbies include spending time with his wife (Poonam) and his children (Aaryan & Avani) along with art & poetry.
Dr. Murphy is the co-founder of The Ave Medical Complex, Framed Aesthetics MD and Avenue ENT Clinic. He has been at Wall St ENT since 2016. Originally from Saskatchewan, Dr. Murphy did his residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Alberta. He has an MD and a B.Sc. in Microbiology and Immunology from University of Saskatchewan. His clinical work focuses on General Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgeries. He has a particular interest and extra training in treating head and neck malignancy. He is an active member of various medical association at national level. He is interested in research areas involving General Otolaryngology and Cancers of Head and Neck.
Dr. Spafford has been with the Wall Street ENT clinic since the early 1990s. A graduate of the University of British Columbia ENT program, he is a long standing champion of patients with head and neck cancer. Dr. Spafford has spent his career working with cancer patients to ensure they have the best possible outcomes. Dr. Spafford holds out of town clinics approximately every six weeks in Meadow Lake, and every few months in Kindersley, La Loche, and Île-à-la-Crosse.
Dr. Spafford was raised to national recognition with his selection as the President of the Canadian Society of Otolaryngology in 2015.
When not in the operating room, Dr. Spafford is heavily involved in undergraduate teaching at the University of Saskatchewan.
Dr. Franke has been with Wall St. ENT since 1999. He went to school at U of R, U of S, and UBC.He is interested in treating all general otolaryngologic disorders and diseases. He regularly holds out of town clinics in Swift Current and yorkton. His interests include classic cars, outdoor activities, and cooking
Dr. Neil Arnstead is seeing patients of all ages for their ear, nose, and throat surgery concerns. He has completed extra training in chronic sinusitis, advanced endoscopic sinus surgery, head and neck cancers, ultrasound-guided biopsies, and thyroid and parathyroid gland surgery. He also works in collaboration with the skull base surgery team for anterior and central brain tumour surgery, cerebrospinal fluid leak repair, and sinonasal cancers.
Dr. Arnstead was born and raised in Saskatchewan and attended medical school at the University of Saskatchewan, graduating in 2016. He then completed Otolaryngology residency and a subsequent fellowship in Anterior Skull Base Surgery, Advanced Rhinology, and Head & Neck Oncology at the University of Toronto. He joined the Wall Street ENT clinic in September 2022.
Christine was born and raised in Dalmeny, Saskatchewan. She received a diploma in Business Management through ICS Canada in 2008. She went on to further her training focusing on healthcare, graduating with honors in 2021 from Saskatoon Business College receiving a diploma in Medical Administration and Clinic Assistant. She is a highly motivated professional with over 10 years of experience in management and performance improvements.
Current titles include Operations Manager of Avenue ENT, Operations Manager of Saskatoon Ear, Nose, and Throat Enterprise Limited (SENTEL), as well as overseeing Staffing for Avenue Ophthalmology. A highlight of Christine’s career was being involved in the many phases of designing and building The Ave Medical Complex with a focus on Avenue ENT’s space.
Christine still resides in Dalmeny with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she is heavily involved in giving back to her community by volunteering, formerly as a Fire Fighter and First Responder, currently sitting on the executive board of the Minor Hockey. When she isn’t cheering on her children at the rink or studio, she enjoys traveling and being outdoors with her family spending time quadding, fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling.
